Coalition to Save Our GPS - Andrew D. Moore, National Agricultural Aviation Association Speaks Out against Lightsquared.

Andrew D. Moore says that "Testing Conducted by GPS Manufactures Garmin and Trimble indicate "GPS Jamming" will occur withing close proximity to the ground based Lightsquared Transmitters" and the Story Goes on  http://www.saveourgps.org/pdf/FCC-NAAA_Coaltion_to_Save_GPS.pdf

So the FCC is supposed to take the word of Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association? Is Andrew D. Moore connected Clearwire or any other major financial motive to STOP Lightsquared from doing business?

Does Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association know that Lightsquared,  got the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead for Lightsquared ? The GPS Council, the Department of Defense, and others signed off each of those years that the FCC gave the Order, Does Andrew Moore know this ? 

Surely Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association knows this right, and would not jeopardize his career and assets to be named in a shareholder lawsuit against all those acting in conspiracy to fraud investors out of Billions.

Does Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association know that Trimble Navigations has a Conflict of Interest in testing the "GPS Issue", and is no where near a neutral - unbiased GPS Testing Authority.. as Trimble's General Counsel James Kirkland was the General Counsel at Craig McCaw's Clearwire.

James Kirkland is working with Clearwire to try and save Clearwire from a Take Over.  See if Lightsquared does not get FCC approval and Lightsquared loses billions in investor money, well then Clearwire gets to work with SPRINT instead of Sprint Taking over Clearwire.  There is Billions on Top of Billions Monthly, Yearly at stake here and Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association seems to be in on the conspiracy to fraud sharehholders.  Surely Andrew D. Moore of the National Agricultural Aviation Association cannot be doing this knowingly, can he?
