Today at 11:30am and 1pm representatives from the protective shelter SAFE will tour the Ravalli County Courthouse looking for "rule of law". Good luck with that.
We the People of Montana found none, in fact Judge Reardon in Hamilton City Court bragged that the people were too stupid to understand the rule of law (Reardon was a former Ravalli Co. prosecutor). In the rules of civil procedure 52(a) in Montana a judge must use findings of fact, conclusions of law.
Ravalli County is too good for Montana law, or the US Constitution, no judge to date abides by it.
On to SAFE; to help victims of domestic violence is a noble cause. Be sure to understand the justice system in Ravalli County is based upon how much you are liked, your blood heritage to the area, and not the rule of law. A message to men: you will not be treated equally in Ravalli County Montana. SAFE will use this unequal-ness to their advantage, using the County Attorney office, and Sheriff Hoffmans deputies.
Moral of the story: dont be a money maker for Ravalli County who loves to prosecute, put on orders of protection without the rule of law, but much preferred RULE OF OLD MEN---Who Hate.
So dont get your woman friend, wife, or female employee of Hamilton, Ravalli County upset. She does not have to play by the rules, and your right to liberty guaranteed in the US Constitution Amendment 5, 14 does not exist. A court officer may even commit a crime (official misconduct) but your hearing was "full and just".
Hamilton, Ravalli County Montana need federal funding that comes when orders of protection are given out. Judge Reardon (recall affidavit online) of Hamilton, and Robin "I think I know what I am doing because I was told by George Corn" Clute [she's also a man hater] will give no justice due to being ignorant of the law.
Again, I am not saying SAFE does not do good work, they just need to be careful who they play with. When they blindly played with George Corn, it was disastrous to our justice.
Men of Ravalli County, find an outlet other than your significant other, because if SAFE gets ahold of your case, they wont care for the rule of law, they think they have it as long as they are in the County Courthouse.
