The National Telecommunications and Information Association Seems to be spouting information, and in a big way that the Lightsquared Network is or could interfere with GPS and this of course as they Say is Quite Critical...
"GPS, however, is a critical service in the mobile industry along with dozens of other industries. Any potential interference with those navigational bands could prove to be a major stumbling block."
