more on Wetzsteon:

This tampered evidence ended a career.
Why arent law enforcement indicted?

Ravalli County Sheriff Deputies created tampered photo above...

Contact Sheriff Chris Hoffman at and ask why his deputies tampered with evidence, is that part of being honored to serve Ravalli County Montana?
Bill Fulbright was the deputy prosecutor who did not show up to supervise Angela Wetzsteon.
Bill Fulbright is now elected Ravalli County Attorney promising to uphold rights.  The right to equal protection slipped by on this occasion for Bill Fulbright Prosecutor for the State of Montana.  Bill Fulbright wanted to take the politics out of the office.
Ravalli County Attorney Bill Fulbright:
These established rights will not be upheld in Ravalli Co. Montana if you move, or visit here:
Just a review:

Amendment 1 Freedom to Speak, Assemble, Petition Government for redress.
Amendment 2 Right to bear arms.
Amendment 4 right to be free from government seizure, unlawful arrest.
Amendment 5 right to not incriminate yourself, life, liberty, property in criminal cases.
Amendment 6, right to confront accusers, counsel in criminal cases.
Amendment 7 Jury Trial
Amendment 8 right to be free from cruel & unusual punishment, and excessive bail.
Amendment 14 equal protection of the laws, free from government abuse.
"By God we have our own law"---It has nothing to do with Montana Code, US, MT Constitution.

Sheriff Chris Hoffman made that law by ignoring Montana law as it pertained to Fire Code.  Sheriff Hoffman decided to ignore the requests of the State Fire Marshall with respect to writing citations.  This is the second way Sheriff Chris Hoffman is honored to serve Ravalli County Montana: he will not uphold Montana law.  Too bad Hoffman swore to do otherwise:

This is NOT a Tampered Photograph.

This is not a boy scout honor ceremony.

This is a public statement: I will uphold the law, the constitution.
