Donna Summer Law

In a pleading to the Montana Supreme Court

BooneKarlberg.com
Natasha "Tasha" Prinzing-Jones uses the well established "Enough is Enough" in her Juris Prudence before the highest court in Montana.

Apparently, The Montana Supreme Court understood her lawful request, not citing any case, or lawful precedent in Montana or anywhere else.

We are calling the Summer of 2011 the "Donna" Summer in Montana.
You never knew that a hit from the 1970's could win over a high court in Montana.

It was Ms. Prinzing-Jones's ace in the hole.  That and some really bad Latin usage that obviously was perfected at the University of Montana Law school [ranked 172/200].

Natasha Prinzing Jones told a state judge in oral argument that a prosecutor was allowed in a civil courtroom, which is actually a crime known as "Official Misconduct" in Montana.

So come out to Montana, where the "Donna Summer" pleading will win over the Montana Supreme Court.
We found the soundtrack for Ms. Prinzing-Jones of Boone Karlberg PC.

If you stop in, tell them that a Public Library is not a municipality: they'll probably say "enough is enough" again.  Nope that only works with the Montana Supreme Court.

Donna Summer, "Enough is Enough" (with Australian Tina Arena) performing live:

seems like if you say "Enough is Enough" so many times, IT WORKS !
Congratulations Tasha Prinzing Jones.

LOVE YA---- BOONE KARLBERG PC
