Clay Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc., Unisys Corp. Pulling in Dept. of Defense Favors to Protect Clearwire, Craig McCaw ? ?

Is Clayton M. Jones helping Craig McCaw to Defraud Shareholders?  

Is Clayton M. Jones involved in discrediting Lightsquared and does Clayton M. Jones have all the facts or is Clayton M. Jones just regurgitating what Craig McCaw NEEDS said to save Clearwire Corporation and to GET Sprint so that Clearwire Stocks will go Up?  Is this Legal? 

Clay Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc. and on the Board of Directors at Deere and Company whom seem to be very outspoken against Lightsquared... well Clay Jones Unisys Corp. connections seem to tie into Department of Defense Contracts... my Guess is that even though the Dept. of Defense signed documents that gave the green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead, for some reason the DOD decided to speak out against Lightsquared, Why Now? 

I believe that Craig McCaw, in his desperation to "Get Sprint" and "Get Rid Of" Lightsquared, while at the same time saving Clearwire..  got his buddy Clayton Jones to pull some DOD favors and get the Department of Defense to cause a stir about Lightsquared, Philip Falcone in order to save the Financial Interest of Clearwire Corp. and Clearwire Founder Craig McCaw.

Jones connected to at the Department of Defense ? And what favors did Clayton Jones, Rockwell Collins Inc - Unisys Corp pull in to get the DOD to speak out against Lightsquared to protect the financial interests of Clearwire Corporation.

Especially when, surely Clay Jones's DOD connection knows that the Department of Defense signed off on the go ahead for what Lightsquared is doing several times over 9 years and the DOD knows that the GPS industry has known for 9 years with the proverbial green light from the FCC in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2010 with an Order from the FCC each time re-affirming the Go Ahead. The GPS Council, the Department of Defense, and others signed off each of those years that the FCC gave the Order. So WHO is the DOD connection that Clay Jones seems to be swaying to protect Clearwire, Craig McCaw?
