Now Anthony Johnstone, the 48th ranked Solicitor General in the USA, otherwise known as Montanistan [Montana without rights] is the professor.  How will such a poorly rated state Solicitor Attorney General teach these kids anything? Or elevate Montana above 48th (last) for justice?
