Dear Mr. Rogers and Levy,

Per my call to Mr. Harlan Levy taken by Mr. James Rogers on April 14, 2011,
attached is a Letter/Criminal Complaint addressed to you both but due to Mr.
Rogers Admitted and Acknowledged Conflict of Interest in the matter, as a
member of the New York Attorney General's office, a central Conspirator in
the attached Letter/Complaint and a State Actor/Defendant in the Eliot
Bernstein/Iviewit RICO & ANTITRUST Lawsuit, the Letter/Criminal Complaint is
to be turned over, per Mr. Rogers, to a NON CONFLICTED INDEPENDENT ATTORNEY
and a NON CONFLICTED INDEPENDENT SPECIAL PROSECUTOR/FEDERAL MONITOR for
review and formal processing. 

You will note that the Letter/Criminal Complaint begins with a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form that must be signed by ANY party that reviews the documents and must be signed and affirmed and returned within 10 business days in order to prevent Criminal RICO charges to anyone reviewing or handling the information without first signing.  


As you are aware, my RICO & ANTITRUST Lawsuit has been "Legally Related" by Federal Judge Shira Scheindlin to a Whistleblower Lawsuit of New York Supreme Court Attorney Christine C. Anderson, who has made claims of multiple Conflicts of Interest, including by the New York Attorney General and Destruction and Altercation of Official Records, therefore Conflict Disclosure is a must by ANY Party prior to involvement.  Anderson's claims include Obstruction of Justice by Officials of the New York Attorney General, the US Attorneys, the DA, the ADA and "Favored Law Firms & Lawyers", so the Conflict checks must be thorough prior to review or involvement.  

I look forward to hearing from you, or your counsel, regarding this
complaint and who it has been turned over too, who is representing the New
York Attorney General and its Officials, both personally and professionally
and whom this Letter/Complaint has been turned over for investigation too.

to prevent further Criminal Obstruction Complaints from being filed with the
proper authorities.

Interest and Seeking both Independent Non Conflicted Lawyers and Independent
Non Conflicted Special Prosecutors/Federal Monitors, perhaps this will be
the first in a long line and help clean up the Conflict Swamp that has
precluded these matters from Fair and Impartial Due Process Under Law.
