Can you Hear Hamilton, Montana NOW?

Don't commit fraud when "measuring" sound in our community.  Just because you paid to play with our local governments, endangering our health is not ok as "THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH" !

NIH in Montana

“Where’s Stuart Brandborg Now?”

In 2004 Stuart Brandborg, the Friends of the Bitterroot, and the Women’s Voices for the Earth filed an federal environmental lawsuit against the National Institute of Health, and the US Health and Human Services against the Rocky Mountain Lab (RML).
The victory, settled out of court disallowed weaponized substances to be analyzed at Rocky Mountain Labs (RML).   A military officer, Kelly Hudson, now appointed as associate RML director.
Other victories include HEPA filters (like in our vacuums) for the Bio-Level 4 lab which analyzes Ebola, Flesh-Eating Bacteria.
Negotiated victory: the “emergency plan”, and public communication of substances studied at the lab in Hamilton, MT.  The problem arises when an emergency plan means nothing if no personnel, or equipment can counter an incident at the facility which could very easily kill us all within a few days, and no help may arrive.
RML is currently being taken to court in a new lawsuit.  The pleading ask for Federal Fire protection for the facility like the Bethesda, Maryland headquarters of NIH, and adherence to federal environmental law (NEPA) at RML.
Where is Stuart Brondborg when RML, using 60 million gallons/yr. for their water-intensive  process for bubble suits (this is no joke) dumping into the Bitterroot River using 89% more municipal water at no added cost?  Where is Stuart when RML wants to demolish a house, acquire a city street, and acquire residential land in Hamilton?
Where is Stuart Bronborg when the industrial process keeps residents up at night with its damaging Low Frequency Noise (LFN) emissions?  Is scientific fraud, environmental crime permissible at the National Institutes of Health in Hamilton, MT?
RML forgets its loss to Mr. Brandborg in 2004, Shame this lab thought it could circumvent federal environmental law, believing Brandborg gone; RML must adhere to environmental law, true public protection.
TURN IT DOWN, OR GET THE BUGS OUT OF OUR TOWN--HAMILTON, MONTANA

  1. RML in Hamilton has decided to stand behind their fraudulent data in a letter of March 15, 2011. The measurement parameter does not pick up all of the signature, AND the lab knowingly reduced sound signature Feb 2, 2011 the day of the fradulent tests. The Sound produces Low Freqency Noise (LFN) hazardous to health.
