It is Pretty Convenient that these Supposed "informal investigations" into the Supposed wrongful behavior of Philip Falcone of Harbinger Capital Partners .. well this is coming out of the Judicial Hell Hole of the Manhattan lack of Justice System. This is where Andrew Cuomo's Corruption Reigns King.. and where Paul A. Crotty, New York Judge and Former VERIZON PRESIDENT is a Federal Judge Out of.. and Well Paul A. Crotty is VERY Connected to Andrew Cuomo, as the Paul A. Crotty family put Mario Cuomo - Andrew Cuomo's father into power so very long ago - a legacy that will not soon be forgot and the Favors that come with it for a Lifetime.
I Say that Paul A. Crotty still has a "Vested" interested in protecting Verizon and that NYAG.. soon to be New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has a VERY "Vested" interested in protecting
Paul A. Crotty and in protecting Goldman Sachs.
I say that the Witch Hunt on Harbinger Capital Partner and Philip Falcone is not based in TRUTH, not based in the Law and well does not make sense.
"The Securities and Exchange Commission and the United States attorney’s office in Manhattan are examining whether Philip A. Falcone, the founder of Harbinger Capital Partners ..." This is false media and is smoke and mirrors to protect Verizon's Turf - Plain and Simple.
I sure do Hope all this Official "News" is Based In fact, I mean come on... Isn't Philip Falcone one of the Richest Men in America? I mean why is the Wall Street Journal, ABC and these non-stop blogs and websites not afraid somehow of a Massive Defamation Lawsuit? I mean you read the news of sources that are not authorized to speak so they won't name them, read of informal investigations and "reported" this and that.. What is Really going On? And why is there No Accountability in the SUPPOSED "legitimate" news sources? Well Money and Political Connections thats Why? Huge Financial Motives that's Why.
What is "informal investigations" anyway, I mean Come on the wall of corruption in New York has tons of Proof on Corrupt Judges, Whitewashing, Corrupt Grievance Committees, Illegal Behavior, and serious Ethics Violations and Conflicts of interest.
And they seem to do nothing to Officially Investigate any of this that is really hurting investors, shareholders and the Citizens of New York - yet they are having "informal investigations" on Philip Falcone with seemingly no where near the proof, reason or motive as the Corrupt Activities of Proskauer Rose and all involved in the 13 Trillion Dollar Federal RICO Lawsuit over the iViewit Stolen Technology which will COST Shareholders litterally Trillions over several Top Tech Companies - the SEC Knows, the DOJ and FBI knows, the NYAG Knows, the Presidents Office Knows, the USPTO knows.. and they have Fact and Proof on top of fact and proof and they do nothing.. yet for some reason they are willing, able and quite public about the "informal investigations"
