Real Estate Consumers Naively think they are choosing another office when in Fact NRT LLC, Cendant Operations, Realogy Corporation, C21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sothebys and More are owned by the same company. They even own Realtor.com - own moving companies, title companies and violate Federal Anti-Trust Laws every day. And well they have so much lobby power and Billions of Dollars a year to throw at KEEP their Cartel in Business - well the Real Estate Has NO Chance at a Fair Shake.
Realogy makes it possible for Realtors like Mike Workman of Century 21 in Eureka Montana to take people's lives from them, take their quality of life. To Flat Out Lie about Known Defects that take ALL your Money and years from your life, Realogy - NAR stands behind the Corrupt Realtors and not the TRUTH Telling Honest Realtors such as I was.
NRT LLC's website brags about Integrity.. it is all lies.. how can their Gibberish be true if they WILL not stand behind the Real Estate Consumer when their lives are ruined, they are forced out of their homes, kids are endangered and sick, homes are condemned and the REALOGY Cartel Realtor that SOLD them the Place .. they are protected by the "NRT LLC" "Realogy" "Cendant" "NAR"- FAMILY as they call it.. another words they control the E and O insurance, the attorney, the judges, the Department of Justice ( they are above ALL anti-trust laws) and they are forcing their way into your life...
You do not need a Realtor to sell and in fact have more protection without a Realtor - NAR member in your real estate transaction - yet REALOGY - CENDANT - NAR - "family of companies" - NRT LLC - they lobby - change laws and make it so you have to use ONE of the "Family" - this breaks anti-trust laws.. oh well right.. ??
Without Accountability to THOSE who cause harm then a COMPANY like NRT LLC, Realogy, Cendant.. has NO Integrity. Why would you do any business with one of their Corrupt Family of Companies if the Realtor lies and you lose everything and NRT LLC does nothing to hold them accountable.
NAR's Chief Economist lied to you for years, as did those Managing Brokers for all Realogy - Cendant Companies.. they have no accountability to you. Why?
Home Owners Insurance, Moving Companies, Real Estate Offices, Title Insurance, a Chain of "Realtor" Companies and much .. MUCH more owned by the same Company and here you Real Estate Consumers thought you were being Given a Choice.

What is an "adversarial position" with Realogy anyway?
Reology is Evil - Realogy is a Real Estate Consumer Stomping Cartel and Working for, With Realogy makes you also of the Dark. Realogy violates anti-trust, promotes and protects corrupt Realtors... is owned by same CARTEL as the National Association of Realtors and Well Realogy is the Bad Guys.
