Ravalli County Judiciary

Yesterday in court it was very clear that the glob got to Judge Haynes. The funny part is that I got two (2) invitations not to attend, one from the court, one from Boone Karlberg PC. It seems that billing $1500 to MMIA for today's Defense appearance is condoned while earning a dollar in court might be harder than that whole needle in a haystack idea.

Was quasi threatened by Haynes with the three (3) deputies in the civil proceeding. One is the normal amount [the Bailiff]. I took the names of the two sitting behind me, and they wanted to know why I wanted their names. Well I gave them enough courtesy to tell them. IT IS AN ABUSE OF POWER, which is covered in a foreign document in the United States: The Republic's constitution, specifically amendment 14 is the place for this anti-oppressive measure where the forefathers intended us to not be abused by our government.

A morsel of respect, knowing cases are pending is beyond the Ravalli County Sheriff Department: the git 'em mentality may really not work for them as the fall back position. Jail doesn't scare me, neither do these untrained law enforcement that are walking liability to the local governments here. What might scare them the most (and they did look very fearful of calm rational behavior) is that the abusive tactics are known to the judges outside of this state deciding their fate.

In Montana, Local, County, State and Federal Governments are abusive. So are the other states, so is Federal Judiciary from credible accounts reporting in. What else of our republic might fall, and how are our good citizens going to wake up and take back our nation?

Long live the Internet, then if that is gone, our voices find new medium.

Peace.
