In February, I wrote to every member of Congress, the President, the FBI, every federal appellate court judge, and every presidential candidate to make them aware that our federal judiciary is corrupt. I took three petitions to The U.S. Supreme Court where they violated their oaths of office in this cover-up. None of the government officials contacted responded asking questions or offering to do a thing. Can you imagine?
I now INSIST that you do whatever is necessary to get Congress and the FBI to launch an immediate investigation into the federal courts in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, DC.
I have now been contacted by people from every part of the country with similar reports!
It does not matter what part of the country you are from, this is a major national emergency. So, please get on email or get on the phone, and make something happen.
I have absolute proof of the corruption.
Thousands of criminal violations. Judges commit crimes against parties in their courtrooms. They do it either because they were bribed or because of a “special relationship” with various attorneys. The absolute undeniable fact that they do it is what’s most important. There will be tens of thousands of cases that will have to be reopened, but that’s a small price to pay to fix the actions of a band of criminals.
On Friday, July 15, 2011 in Civil Action No. 1:11-CV-01923-TWT in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Judge Thomas Woodrow Thrash entered an order that permanently enjoins me from filing any lawsuit in any court anywhere in America! Here is the story of what happened in court – PLEASE READ THIS, as it will show you that you must act.

We are supposed to have fundamental rights, but there are none in Atlanta.
Consider this: Judge Thrash did this because he is a defendant in a lawsuit that I have filed charging corruption and racketeering by every federal judge in Atlanta and many of the judicial employees. He entered this order at a hearing where I was denied the right to call witnesses, denied the right to bring more than 100 sheets of paper into the courtroom, denied the right to make objections, and more.
Judge Thrash allowed each side to have 20 minutes to argue their case. He then immediately issued this landmark decision by reading from an order that had been prepared before the hearing began!
He presided in this matter where it was in his personal interests to try to silence me because he is at risk for his job, his pension, his reputation, his personal financial resources, and his liberty.
A month or so ago, I was notified that a federal prisoner responded to his wife when she mentioned she was going to be listening to a radio show on Republic Broadcasting about government corruption that had me as a guest. He then told her that I was one of two people that he had been approached about killing. It sounded outlandish to me when I heard it, but I no longer discount anything.
These judges here are criminals. I have the proof, and I believe my proof is the tip of the iceberg.
Judge Thrash and his corrupt cohorts are doing their best to silence me in court, and they are being aided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, specifically Sally Quillian-Yates and Christopher Huber. They have committed a number of crimes!
I have no one else to turn to. If you don’t do something, they will succeed. I anticipate that they will continue to take actions against me to try to destroy me because I have the goods on them. I said in court on Friday that the smartest thing they could do is to have me killed because I will expose them and bring them to justice if they don’t get me first.
I am writing to ask you to do whatever you can to make something happen. We must get Articles of Impeachment filed and insist that the judiciary committees conduct public hearings. If you are involved in your state rather than in DC, then get your state legislature and governor to do something from your state. DO ANYTHING!
This is the most serious crisis that our country has faced in my 62 years. We no longer have the basic rights that our Constitution allegedly gives us.

Federal judges have turned the United States into a police state in which they wield tyrannical power, intentionally violating the Constitution, laws, rules, and their oath.
The most basic so-called “guarantees” of the Constitution have been stolen from us by corrupt federal judges. We might as well be living in a Communist country where we have been shocked to hear of the violation of the rights of the citizens. It has become just as bad in the United States when this is allowed to happen and no one will do anything about it.
You have an obligation to start cleaning up America! He also met with FBI agent Rachel Rojas, handing her reams of documentation of the mortgage fraud, and begging her for witness protection. He was ignored.

Three days after announcing that he had enough evidence to put the judge in jail, Sunny was found in a terminal coma, on a deserted street miles from his home, his skull crushed from behind.
Hours after his death, the NYPD illegally transported Sunny's body to the Morgue for an instant autopsy, and shortly thereafter the body was cremated on the fraudulent authorization of a party with no relation to Sunny.
But the Queens Coroner did not go along with the NYPD plan. According to the official autopsy report, Sunny was murdered by "blunt force trauma to the head, with skull fractures and brain injuries".
To this day, the NYPD and the New York Hospital insist that he died of an "aneurism" with "not a scratch on his head".
The Coroner also declared the "manner of death" undetermined, meaning that an investigation is mandatory by law.
However, over the past 13 months, no investigation has been launched by city, state or federal law enforcement.
The NYPD continues to violate NY state FOIL law by refusing to release public records regarding Sheu's murder, including the alleged 911 call they claim alerted them to the crime.
Six months after his death, Sunny's house was "returned" to his "estate". No one knows how or by whom.
Will Galison and Milton Alimadi of the Black Star News wrote two articles about the Sunny Sheu for which they received the "Restore Integrity Award" for journalism form the civil rights group POPULAR.
