I was beaten at my property by tenants who lived there, arrested by the police and taken to the 79 th precinct in Brooklyn, then taken to central booking.
The judge issued an order of protection for one of the assailants who beat me and knocked out my two front teeth stating that i could not go to my own property.
After my release from prison i returned to the 79 th precinct to seek the arrest of my assailants, and after a two hour interview i was told that they'll be no arrest, the tenants are still living rent free in my property, they owe me $210,000.00 in rent, my property is in foreclosure.
I sued the police department in the southern district and they now claimed that i never showed up at the precinct to seek the arrest of my assailants and when i filed a motion to compel them to turn over the tape for September 23, 2008, they filed a motion to dismiss my complaint which is still pending.
Because of corruption in the court my civil rights have been violated and a Manhattan attorney has admitted that he had an arrangement with Nancy Sunshine whereby from time to time he borrowed the Kings County stamp.
According to Samuel Newhouse of the Brooklyn Eagle Newspaper, Nancy Sunshine is the clerk of Kings county and commissioner of Jury for both the Civil and Criminal Courts.
Nancy is married to Judge Jeffrey Sunshine, the chief Judge for all matrimonial actions in Kings County.
This attorney, John Seymour James of 150 Broadway, suite 1212 in Manhattan was the victorious party in a deed dispute which he won and was featured in the New York Law Journal December 2006 issue.
The case is Meyers v. Sosa and it is now alleged that he also borrowed the county's stamp in that case also.
This attorney is engaged in conversion, but because he gives campaign donation to judges it appears that he is above the law.
He is being protected because if he does down he will bring down the kings county clerk who is married to a judge.
Enclosed please find a complaint filed in the Eastern District of New York against two Brooklyn judges for civil rights violation regarding the borrowing of the kings county stamp.
I am requesting your assistance in finding an attorney to represent me, because every attorney i talked to has turned down my case.
thank you
