Time to Back off: Heydons

This Blog Post will be directed towards entities that have posted about the Heydons and all of the "abuse" that happened in our Selway Bitterroot Wilderness.

The actual abuse happens to Americans who live here. (please read carefully)

Dear Hunane Societies of America

Note This is addressed to the Animal Groups "appalled" by the Heydon situation in "Hamilton", Montana.  This email was sent to the Inhumane Group of New Hampshire.

Greetings.

I am a native New Englander, skied in my youth (I'm 40) at Loon Mountain, have taught in Vermont, and have rescued dogs from shelters all my life.

I had a national security clearance, and was a highly decorated FEMA officer. I was destroyed in Ravalli County Montana.
I also taught in specialty schools [one in Mexico] turning around hundred of lives, and worked in public high schools in California, Arizona, Montana.

Here is some of the information from the Heydon trial:

1. The horses were fairly old.
2. The horses were not conditioned to be in high elevations on wilderness trails carrying loads.
3. The horses were overworked.
4. The horses may or may not have had sufficient nutrients (see conditioning [#2]--they were not capable of this trip)

Did the Heydons purposely abuse their animals? Not likely. Are saddle sores and "rubs" common? Yes.

Is the Veterinarian in bed with the corruption...not a doubt. Note: see the "Perry Backus reputation" post below

Is there Justice in Montana? No.

Do I have a history with horses, yes. Am I an expert? No.

Do I understand the evil ingrained in Ravalli County Montana? Absolutely.

I love animals too.
I contacted PETA (not really a fan, needed help) when I found that animals were being tested at the NIH Rocky Mountain Lab in Hamilton, MT.
NIH incinerates the carcass, we breath the fumes.
substances: Ebola, Flesh eating bacteria, other infectious agents without Emergency Services (we live in our own Henry David Thoreau's Walden x 1 Million)

Does this organization believe that Curtis Heydon, Craig Heydon while poor planning and decision making, and underestimating the effort, training needed to ride in the backcountry should screen their phones for the rest of their lives? Should they never work again?

Should they have gone to jail for 6 months over the fines they have paid?

I hike in the Bitterroots--Selway Bitterroot Wilderness all the time, sometimes I get blisters.
But I don't want to put natives of other states in jail because they "don't do it (pack in the backcountry) like we told 'em, by God."

Americans are destroyed in Montana, we rank 48th out of 48 states for Justice.

Here is our letter to President Obama (because we had no rights, no justice, and no one to turn to).

Perhaps you are too young for Watergate ( I learned at prep. schools in Boston). Crime was covered up by Presidential appointments [a law student from the letter] who now works for John Bell Ravalli County, Angela Wetzsteon practiced without a license August 8, 2007 and purposely destroyed my career.

OK, so the bottom line...Did the Heydons do anything wrong?  PROBABLY (horses not ready for trip)
they did their time. They paid their fine.

I'm glad the Inhumane Organization is passionate about horses, dogs, domestic animals.

I'm really passionate about the US Constitution, and the inhumane treatment of Americans in Montana.

Where do our paths meet?
(we have Loons in Montana too. A Beautiful spot in Seeley Swan at a remote lake, and our Justice officials in Montana.)
