Did EchoStar, Charles Ergen just buy himself a Controlling Interest over the TerreStar "Terrestar Committee of Unsecured Creditors" - I mean "Hughes Network System, Inc." is on the Terrestar Networks Bankruptcy - Committee of Unsecured Creditors" Right?
