How is this not Violations of Fair Trade or Anti-Trust, or Some Bankruptcy Law Violation. I mean the Internet is Lit up with News of ATT is Going to Buy Dish Network as Soon as they Buy DBSD, and possibly buy Terrestar if Philip Falcone of Lightsquared does not Get it. So what is Really Going on? It is all Games for the Public, So Billionaires can make MORE Billions and you have No clue what it is all REALLY about - But they NEED your "Subscriptions" to Keep those Billions Coming In.. those Satellite Subscriptions.

News on Dish Network and DBSD
The transaction, which is still subject to approval by the Federal Communications Commission and the courts, could be a major win for the founder of Dish Network and EchoStar Communications, Charles Ergen, who has made a big push to expand his digital network.
"This is Charles Ergen playing chess," said Todd Mitchell, a Kaufman Brothers analyst, "and he's very good at it."
Through his companies, Mr. Ergen has built up significant positions in DBSD and another satellite operator, TerreStar Networks, by buying up debt that potentially converts into equity. Although his maneuvering has put him at odds with several hedge funds like Highland Capital Management and Philip Falcone's Harbinger Capital, analysts say Mr. Ergen has been shrewd, making investments at a fraction of their potential value.
Both DBSD and TerreStar Networks are considered valuable because of their access to Broadband Spectrum. With increased spectrum, experts say, EchoStar and Dish Network could build out vast wireless networks to support Data and Voice Communication."
