Craig McCaw Clearwire IS DBSD, Is ICO, Is ATT and is Putting up Smoke And Mirrors I Say.

Why Did Craig McCaw REALLY step down as Chairman and resign his seat on the Board of Directors? I think it was smoke an mirrors to do with major acquisitions, and big money that he will make from them and has "stepped down" to create and illusion, meanwhile he is about to MAKE Billions from DBSD, Terrestar, ATT,ICO, and Clearwire secret Deals with Dish Network - Echostar.. that's What I Say..

Charles W. Ergen ....

"Through EchoStar, Mr. Ergen has also built up a significant position in another bankrupt satellite operator, TerreStar Networks. If Mr. Ergen can seize control of TerreStar, the companies’ combined broadband spectrum would be very appealing to a wireless operator like AT&T."

So the Point is to Lure in AT&T to BUY Dish Network, Before Lightsquared Takes over... thing is ALL Video will Come to a Screeching HALT when the Iviewit Technology Cease and Desist is Acknowledged by a Non-Corrupt Court Ruling... ( DeniedPatent.com )

Craig McCaw ~ "In 1994, the McCaw brothers sold their company to AT&T for $11.5 billion. .." Craig McCaw himself became one of AT&T's Largest Shareholders. "

Craig McCaw, Clearwire FOUNDER has HUGE Stake in AT&T...

DBSD North America and ICO Global Communications are Craig McCaw Companies... and if DBSD is bought out by Clearwire and so is Terrestar, well looks like in the END AT&T wins and well that is a BIG WIN for Craig McCaw too Right?

"AT&T could pay more than $20 billion for Dish Network and EchoStar — representing a 70 percent premium for the pair. For AT&T, a Dish acquisition makes strategic sense for three reasons, the report said: the valuable spectrum, significant synergies and the potential earnings growth.

“The strategic value of spectrum, speaks for itself — spectrum is in limited supply,” the Credit Suisse report noted. “AT&T has borne painful witness to the impact of rising smartphone penetration on its wireless network.”

Yet a number of hurdles remain. Mr. Ergen still needs to secure control of TerreStar and DBSD. According to a Feb. 7 report by Bloomberg, Philip Falcone’s LightSquared is preparing rival bids for both companies."

I Say that the TerreStar Corp. Bankruptcy is riddled with conflicts of Interest and play pretend buyers, when really they are all connected.

Got a Tip on any of this
