the Power of the American Bar Association and Corrupt Courts - Washington State Corruption

" Hi,

Are you afraid of the powerful state/American Bar Association and the corrupt courts? Do you have the guts to investigate all the evidence I have of our corrupt court systems and cover-ups? This is so hot, no other news media will touch this! This will shake the court systems to their foundations.

I have all the evidence of everything I state and much more. As I state, with good reason, I fear for my life and safety. There is a pulitzer in this for some reporter, but they are so afraid or bought off that no one will touch this.

Here is some of the things that have been done to me in courts in the past 4 years. I have evidence of all of this!!

1) Judge partying with opposing attorney during trial, contributing to opposing attorneys law firm's political action fund and accepting gratuities (alcohol) with pictures.

Judge refusing to view contempt of court for multi-perjury by attorney and their client, even though local police brought felony perjury charges against client and since government sponsored attorney was past county prosecutor, prosecutors office as favor refused to prosecute.
Government sponsored law firm bringing in 7 attorneys to face against one lone pro se (me) all at government expense. Solid proof of perjury! (judge retired soon after case. He was the most senior superior court judge in state)

2) State appeals court siting evidence that did not exist and refusing to view felony perjury by attorneys/client. State supreme court refusing to allow in supreme court.

3) County police stealing 12 firearms and proof is their own documents. Judge who ordered return of all my possessions, then when he found out his buddys (sheriff's) stole 12 firearms, refuses to hold contempt hearing. BATF and FBI refused to investigate 12 firearms disappearing (as it was done by fellow police.)

4) Federal judge (now dead) who was a bigot (local pres of NAACP) and high/stoned out of his mind on cocktails of drugs and pain killers, dismissing two of my cases. State federal judge and judges of the ninth circuit court covering up for stoned/high judge.

5) Stoned and high federal judge making an order that must be signed in 5 days, than making sure that it was not sent in time to be signed (with evidence that this was done.) Complaint sent to FBI and 9th Federal Circuit, but dismissed as judge died three weeks after doing this act. (I believe state bar association was behind all of this as judge was basically retired, but they gave him two of my cases. I believe he was too stoned to know what he was signing.)

6) A case I filed in state court was dismissed by a judge who is a convicted criminal/fugitive from justice as there is still a warrant out for his arrest, and was arrested while a member of the Communist party and with members of the communist party.

I have his arrest/conviction/warrant record, and evidence that he was(is) a communist party member. ...... sponsored by Microsoft brought themselves and 3 law firms agaainst me.

One law firm is K&L Gates (Bill's dad's law firm.) and the other is Gordon Thomas Honeywell that the judge used to work for!! The judge held me to the standards of an attorney and refused to allow me to bring in evidence that the defendants had committed crimes to have me falsely arrested(declarations, phone records, 911 tapes) , while admitting here say evidence from law firms.

..... The judge lied to Seattle University law school that he was arrested/convicted, had an arrest warrant out for him and was a communist. He lied to the state bar association to become an attorney and lied to the governor to become a judge. he also lied to the voters to be elected. I have all the proof of this.

There is more, much more. My congressman has agreed to start an investigation with the FBI, but I don't hold much hope anything will come of it as to make this public would shake the very foundation of the state/federal court system.

No news media will touch this even though I have all the evidence. Since I sued the police, while I was at work, the local police (in cooperation with the police I sued) assaulted my house with machine guns.

The people around me knew what was going on and told them they were witness's, so the police left before they kicked my door down. The next day when I confronted the police, the stated they had no warrant and filed no police report.

I fear for my life and am retiring in a few months and leaving AmeriKa and going to live in Cambodia where there is more freedom. (believe it or not.) (Jesse Ventura was smart and moved to Mexico. Get out while you still can as this is Nazi Germany 1938!)

BTW/ I am a 65 year old senior citizen, Vietnam era vet, past Commander of an American Legion Post, past Volunteer fireman/EMT, retired from working for the state of Alaska and presently work for the state of Washington.

BTW?/ Just as teaser, attached is the arrest/conviction.warrant for Frank Cuthbertson, now Pierce County (Washington State) Superior Court Judge Frank Cuthbertson. He was arrested with other members of the Communist Workers Party in Greensboro, NC. See "Red Tide Rising in the Carolinas." Google Frank Cuthbertson or Judge Frank Cuthbertson. The evidnce is all out there for all but the most corrupt or blind to see!
